The restaurant |
The restaurant is open all year and like the hole farm house it shows structural pre-existent peculiarities such as the wooden sealing, terracotta floor, stoned walls and arches made of bricks. The place is peaceful and very welcoming and the cooking is primarily based on Umbrian and Sardinian traditional dishes. The restaurant prepares the meals with home made products like fresh and seasoned chilli-pepper cheese, ricotta, sausages salami ham olive oil, fruit and greens of season.
